How to use Vivere NAD+ Injection Pens

Using your injection pen correctly helps ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the NAD+. This product is self-administered and delivered just under the skin (subcutaneously).

When starting, use your NAD+ pen once a day for three consecutive days. After that, continue using it every other day. The recommended dosage is up to 50mg per injection. On our pen, this is indicated as 30 units.

How to set up your pen

Remove the pen and NAD+ cartridge from their packaging. Allow them to rest at room temperature for 2–3 minutes.

Take the lid off the pen.

Unscrew the cartridge holder from the main body of the pen.

If visible, gently press the plunger down into the pen body until it reaches the base.

Insert the NAD+ cartridge into the cartridge holder.

Reattach the cartridge holder with the cartridge inside by screwing it back onto the pen.

Twist the pen to expose the dosage meter fully.

Press the dosage meter and observe the plunger move inside the cartridge holder. Repeat until the plunger reaches the bottom of the cartridge and you feel some resistance.

Your pen should now be ready to use.

How to administer NAD+

Gently screw a 6mm needle onto the end of your pen. Keep the needle tip cover in place for now.

Remove the needle tip cover.

Select your dose by twisting the dosage meter to your chosen amount. The recommended dose is 50mg (0.3ml).
